Whether it's a specialized custom piece or a trending daily essential, our shipping process is designed to ensure every item passes a strict quality check before dispatch. Please review our shipping timelines and terms below.

1. Order Processing & Dispatch

Quality takes priority. Every order goes through a dedicated processing, secure packaging, and quality assurance cycle before leaving our facility to ensure you receive the best experience.

  • All standard orders are processed and readied for dispatch within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

2. Estimated Delivery Timelines

Once your order passes our final quality check and is dispatched, the transit time depends on your location. We partner with top-tier logistics services to ensure safe delivery.

  • Metro Cities: 7 - 10 working days after dispatch.
  • Rest of India: 7 - 14 working days after dispatch.

As soon as your package leaves our facility, you will receive an automated Email and SMS containing your unique tracking link and courier partner details. You can monitor your shipment's journey in real-time.

3. Shipping & Handling Charges

We believe in absolute transparency with our pricing. There are no hidden fees.

  • Exact shipping rates are dynamically calculated and clearly displayed at the final checkout screen before you pay.
  • Free Shipping may be available during specific promotional campaigns or on selected premium product bundles.

4. Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check your shipping details (including PIN code and active mobile number) during checkout.

  • If a package is returned to us (RTO) due to an incorrect/incomplete address, or if the customer is repeatedly unavailable, a reshipping fee may apply to dispatch it again.
  • Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your package up to 2-3 times before returning it to our facility.

5. Unforeseen Delays & Exceptions

We always strive to deliver your orders within the promised timeframe, but certain situations are beyond our control. Deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to:

  • Unexpected operational delays from our courier partners.
  • Extreme weather conditions or natural disruptions.
  • National holidays, state festivals, or regional curfews.
