1. Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we accept return requests within 7 business days of order delivery. To be eligible, the product must be in its original packaging, completely unused, and in the exact condition you received it.

Returns are strictly accepted ONLY under the following parameters:

  • The product was visibly damaged in transit.
  • The product has a structural manufacturing defect.
  • The incorrect item or variant was delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

To maintain our strict quality control, returns or exchanges are strictly NOT accepted if:

  • The product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • The product is a DIY kit that has already been assembled by the customer.
  • The request is based on a change of mind after delivery.
📌 NOTE ON 3D PRINTED AESTHETICS

Our custom items are manufactured using high-precision FDM 3D printing technology. Raw filament layer lines and micro-textured surfaces are a natural characteristic of this premium fabrication process, not a defect. Returns or exchanges based on these minor cosmetic variations will not be entertained.

3. The Return Process & Verification

We follow a simple, tech-driven verification process to ensure you get the fastest resolution possible.

We want to resolve any issues for you instantly! To help us approve your claim without delays, please record a continuous, uncut unboxing video when opening your package. This simple step serves as your ultimate buyer protection against transit damages or errors.

*Please note: To maintain this lightning-fast and transparent support, providing an uncut unboxing video is mandatory for all return or exchange approvals.

Steps to file a claim:

  1. Email us directly at support@figroo.in within the 7-day window.
  2. Provide your Order Number and attach the uncut unboxing video along with high-resolution photos of the product.

Our internal team will inspect the proof and revert with pre-paid return shipping instructions within 24-48 business hours.

4. Exchange & Replacement Timeline

We prioritize fixing your order to get your Figroo setup back online as fast as possible:

  • Upon receiving your return package, our engineering team conducts a quality check and processes your replacement within 5 working days.
  • The newly dispatched replacement item will be safely delivered to your doorstep within 6 working days thereafter.

5. Refund Policy & Timelines

If a refund is approved by our management team instead of an exchange, the financial dispatch follows these strict banking SLAs:

  • Prepaid Orders: The approved amount will automatically credit back to your original payment gateway method within 7-10 working days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Our compliance team will reach out to collect your verified UPI ID or Bank Account details. The transfer will be initiated within the same 7-10 working days window.

Note: Original shipping configurations or COD handling ecosystem convenience fees are non-refundable.
