Since products are made to order, please Call Us within 2 hours of placing the order if you need to change the spelling or details.

Since every Figroo product is specially 3D-printed for you, we don't accept general returns. However, if you receive a damaged or wrong item, we will happily replace it!

Important Note: To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide a clear, uncut unboxing video starting from the sealed package. This helps us verify the damage quickly and process your replacement without any hassle. Just send the video to our support team, and we’ll take care of it!

Your order takes 1-3 days to print and pack. After dispatch, delivery takes 4-6 working days anywhere in India. You will receive a tracking details as soon as your package ships.
